The Group

The Nanotechnology Group belongs to the Department of Mechanical and Process Engineering of ETH Zurich.

The Nanotechnology Group is involved in research and teaching in several areas of nanoscale science and technology, with a special focus on nanoscale and molecular electronics, advanced scanning probe microscopy, and directed assembly.
